  • Right to Restrict Processing: Limit how we use your data for AI model training.
  • Right to Data Portability: Obtain your data in a portable format.
  • Right to Object: Opt out of data processing (e.g., profiling for AI insights).

How Code of the Future Complies:

  • Our AI Governance Engine automatically audits data usage and ensures compliance.
  • Update preferences or withdraw consent via the AI Consent Dashboard in your account.
  • Submit GDPR requests through our Automated DSAR Portal (Data Subject Access Request).

2. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) & CPRA

  • Right to Opt-Out: Opt out of data sales/sharing (e.g., for third-party AI training).
  • Right to Correct: Fix inaccurate data used in AI models (CPRA).
  • Right to Limit Sensitive Data Use: Control use of sensitive info (e.g., biometrics).

  • Our AI Compliance Tracker ensures real-time adherence to CCPA/CPRA rules.
  • Click Do Not Sell or Share My Data in your account or footer.
  • Submit requests via our Automated DSAR Portal (verified within 45 days).

Sensitive Data:
We do not sell sensitive data (e.g., health, geolocation) used in AI workflows.
